How We Work
Spark
If every journey begins with one step, then every idea starts with a spark. In this phase, your pain, problems, and potential, are identified. FireTide then designs a way to reach your goals and untapped profit pools. After discovery, you’ll work with us to burn through short-term deliverables. Examples of these are: Identity design (including logo and print collateral), website, print advertisements, video, trade show art, etc. Granted, these are first-round pieces, but they will help to alleviate some pressures and pain until root issues can be flushed out. After all, when you needed your projects done yesterday there is no better way of getting it done than to fight fire with fire.

Swell
The swell is the build up. In this phase tools are developed to coincide with the idea. In this portion of our work relationship, your functional pieces, needed to be cleverly positioned in the market place, are built and created. They are conceptualized and developed to coincide with market strategies and sales tools. Through research and inventiveness, your ideas and vision is conveyed directly to the mind of your customer.

Surge
It is the crashing of the wave, the fruition of your ideas and goals. More importantly, it is the phase where the idea, or ideas, transform into something tangible — profit! It is the FireTide that will consume and bowl over your customer. This is also the point in the phase where discussing future goals and re-evaluating the new position and health of the company happens. Essentially, you go back to the Spark phase so your business' value is constant like the tide, and is always creating a bigger, grander wave to take to the market place.
